LESS CASH, LESS STRESS
How does it work?
Step 1:
Check with the merchants you are paying to see if they accept cashless payments via bank transfers, QR codes, or e-wallets. Explain to them that the payment will be made via a transfer from an Indonesian bank.
Step 2:
Ask for their bank details, QR code, or e-wallet information, and send it to us through WhatsApp +62 8 123 666 567 along with the exact amount you'd like to pay.
Step 3:
You will receive details from us showing the exact amount in your local currency. Currently, we only support conversion and payment from USD, AUD, NZD, GBP, and CAD.
Step 4:
You will receive a payment link from us, where you’ll need to enter the exact agreed amount. You can then pay online safely using your card.
Step 5:
We will transfer the requested amount in IDR to your driver, babysitter, restaurant, hotel, or other service provider using the payment details you provided. You will receive a transfer receipt that you can forward to the merchant to confirm the payment has been made.
We now also support QRIS fund transfers for situations where the merchant doesn’t accept QRIS payments directly. Just follow our simple guidelines, CLICK HERE. Once your QRIS payment wallet is set up, we’ll send you a QRIS code with the quoted amount. After payment, we’ll forward the funds to the intended recipient on your behalf.
Key Details
Our Payment Gateway:
Our Payment Gateway is officially provided by PayPal. You don't need a PayPal account! Simply enter the quoted amount and choose card payment. Very easy and quick, no registration required.
Availability:
We only support travelers from United States, Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and Canada in USD, AUD, NZD, GBP, and CAD.
Payment Verification:
Your credit or debit card may require payment authorization via SMS, email, or your mobile banking app. If you're unable to access the payment authorization, you can ask a friend or family member in your home country to complete the payment on your behalf, and reimburse them through your preferred method.
Dispute:
As international card payments can sometimes fail, you may be required to provide your card statement if you believe the payment was successful but we haven’t received the funds. Disputes will be solved through PayPal and your card issuer parties.
Skip the Hassle:
We know trusted drivers and experience providers. If you need transportation or find tours and experiences online, just ask us to arrange it and make the booking accordingly. Forward the information to us, and we’ll help you pay cashlessly and take care of everything for you.
Why Cashless?
Anti Counterfeit:
It’s true that counterfeit money is circulating on the island. Avoid getting scammed by shady money changers who might give you one, a few, or even all fake notes.
Safety:
Not to mention the risk of hotel or villa staff, mugging, or robbery—carrying too much cash simply isn’t safe. We all know that.
Classic Scam:
A common scam tactic is when someone says '15,000' at first, then later insists they said '50,000'—often taking advantage of the language barrier to cause confusion.
ATM - Just Don't:
Bali is unfortunately known as a hotspot for ATM scams. ATMs aren’t always safe—whether it's a sophisticated skimmer or something as simple as a toothpick used to jam the machine. Be especially cautious around ATMs near mini markets, where groups of people often linger—they're usually the ones behind it.
Sorry I Don't Have Change:
The classic merchant trick: 'Sorry, I don't have change.' It puts you in a tough spot—either scrambling for smaller bills or just letting the extra go. It's not fine for such a significant amount.
